Their dream of achieving success was accomplished in Melbourne Australia, together and individually, in many types of business ventures.  The highlight of their 30 year career in the construction and development industry, has been the success  winning multiple awards from the Housing Industry Association of Australia and The Master Builders Association of Victoria, which Chris Ioannides is a Registered Building Practitioner since 1983.
