In 2002 Krisma Australia Homes was one of the firstt construction companies to begin building brick veneer homes in Cyprus and it constructed and opened The Melbournian, the first display home in Nicosia. The home created great interest and speculation and was sold for 600000CYP a few months later. This was followed with constructionsof luxury homesof 550sq meters and over built according to client's particular specifications.
